fill out the forms.

1. Before our meeting, fill out and send us the
Contact Sheet.
2. During the meeting, we will fill out the Event
Planner together. However, if you'd like to look at it and prepare
responses, feel free to look at the form beforehand.
3. Either
during the meeting or soon after you will fill out the Event Contract and
mail it to us, which will finalize the event.
4. If applicable, you
may fill out and send us the Candlelighting Ceremony form.
